AHHHHHH
This week was hard a little bit ibecause it took me a while to figure out the last challenge assignment and my inernet has not been working well so i came to school to do my homework and to urn it in. Midterm was easy but at the same time hard. I did well on the Little Brother part but not well on the multiple choice parts, I need to take better notes i guess. This week taught a lot how to use microsoft excel. I like the fact that you can do so many things with this program to orangize table of numbers, bills, and even inserting a picture in it. I use to stay away from Excel because I did not know how to use it but now I can used it if I need too.

Zune and ipod is in a battle for the "leadershipership position in the technology industry." Not big picture but details. Microsoft make sure that things are perfect before they release anything unlike Apple. Zune has many complication like purshasing music. Ipod has defect of its own too. Zune can probably become as famous as Ipod if they wer giving it away for free like Ipod.
This week work was fun and interesting. I learn a lot about microsoft this week too, like with replacing thing and make the paper look good and saving all the new styles. Learning about the different things that we can do with a picture or simply adding a text box.

Yikes
Turning Cathedral-- What, when did " John Cage's idea 'the mind we all share' or H.G. Wells 'World Brains' " came out or what was the idea? How come Google is leading the way to a "golden age". It really scare me when I read what H.G. Wells wrote, " The whole human memory can be, and probably in a short time eill be, made accessible to every individual". We have come this far already. What is next when everythings has been discovery. The article overall was interesting and the whole concept about the pre-digits age was all very new to me.
I am behind on this week homework too but I will harder to try not to do this anymore. This week work was interesting at the same time I had a little difficulty but it was all resolved.

Wow this week work load is a lot, But when I started it, it seem to go by fast, on the snapshot assignment. I had the most problem withpg 217 and pg 180. It took me a while to figure it out but I finally got through it. I never knew that there was so many GTLD out there. I like the fact that they are coming out with an asia one.
Man, Second Life is blowing away. I saaw a commerical about it once, I think but at that time, it was just like an old comerical to me. I ignored it. Now that I look into it, it is really interesting. I do not like the whole idea of paying monthly because I still think it just an online game. I am not enough close to what this program can do. What I found out was that it like an actually reality life but in cyberspace. People can make a living off of this. You live your normal day life and make money with a job or sell or trading something. This program came out in 2003 and by now it user it probably 5 times more than when it first came. The program was developed by The Linden Lab and may possible through RealNetworks CTO Philip Rosedale. The first verivon that came out was only made for teen with a parent credit card's number but anyone with a credit card can access it.
